My Feel Not Food workbook is filled with insights, activities, and assignments that bring clarity to your eating challenges and teaches you new ways of thinking, speaking, eating, and behaving to stop emotional eating. If you commit yourself to the activities in the book, you can be 100% successful overcoming emotional eating.
This is the closest you can get to working 1-on-1 with Theresa at a fraction of the cost. This is a 4-6 month self-paced program that follows a set structure while also providing a completely personal experience. You'll enjoy videos, articles, activities, and discussion boards. You'll also be invited to the private Facebook page and monthly live Zoom meetings that allow you to interact with both Theresa and the other participants in the program.
It doesn't get more personal and customized than this! With this package you will meet with Theresa each week for 1-hour at a set day and time. During this hour you will discuss your specific journey with emotional eating. This allows Theresa to provide real-time coaching for current-day issues. During these sessions, Theresa may ask some tough questions, challenge your core beliefs, and encourage new ways of thinking, speaking and behaving that will increase your pride, self-confidence, and self-respect. To ensure you continue to build on those and maintain forward progress, Theresa will give you "homework" activities to complete between each session.
